WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

We Welcome You! On your first visit to our clinic, we will have you fill out our new patient paperwork. We will take a copy of your insurance card and driver's license/ID. You will have an initial exam with your dedicated chiropractor. Then we will take a series of X-Rays. We will then get you scheduled for your next 2 visits. Please be aware, our doctors do not do an adjustment on the first visit.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major insurance. However, each individual plan is unique. Please call us to get more information about if your insurance is in network with our providers.
